  2. All returns must contain a copy of the original invoice or packing slip.
  3. On the back of your invoice or packing slip, please include your reason for the return or exchange in detail.
  4. Any exchange must be made no later than 30 days from receipt date.
  5. All alterations are final. No refund, credit or exchange will be made.
